All staff are fantastic, alway have a smile on their faces and take the time to talk to you and go through everything you need to know. Even with excited kids running round them asking questions ha ha. Castles are always clean and very safe. Always do everything they can for you even if you need a castle at short notice. Very very happy customer. Fantastic job you guys do.!
