Do you stay to supervise?
We deliver and set up, then hand over to the responsible adult on-site. Continuous supervision is required throughout the hire.
What if it’s windy?
Wind is the main risk factor. If conditions aren’t safe, we’ll advise the safest plan — which may mean delaying setup or not setting up.
Can you set up on artificial grass or hard standing?
Often yes, depending on access and anchoring options. Use the setup check to see what we’ll need from you, or send photos for quick advice.
